Ansel Y. Rodríguez González was born on August 5, 1980, in Havana, Cuba. He received the B.S. degree in Computer Sciences from Havana University, Cuba, in 2004, his M.Sc. degree in Mathematics Sciences from Havana University, Cuba, in 2007, and his Ph.D. degree in the National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics (INAOE), Mexico in 2011.
